Players can use the RI Lottery App to make their wager selections and generate QR code to scan at retail for the purchaseof a draw game ticket. The QR code can be scanned using the terminal or self service vending machine

Players can add funds to their VIP Club account at Retail to play iLottery games and Retailers will get a 5% commission on the money added
